The equipment installation is very simple. We provide installation videos, and if you need on-site guidance, we can also offer door-to-door service. When designing, we have considered container loading and customer installation, ensuring the main body of the equipment remains intact, with only auxiliary parts needing assembly.
And the Chinese components, are they accurate enough and of good quality?
Let me explain the machine quality:
All components are top-quality brands in China. We produce thousands of CNC machines using these components for cabinet factories every year. There’s nothing to worry about regarding quality for your cabinets and countertops in your modern factory.
We can extend the warranty time for you. During the warranty period, if any parts have issues (not caused by human damage), we will replace them for free. (Remark: We also offer HSD brand spindles and Yaskawa Servo Motors as optional upgrades, though these will increase costs. We recommend the best machinery for your kitchen industry.)
If we confirm the order in December, I can discuss with my boss about sending free spare parts for one year.
Regarding machine service:
We provide machine manuals, videos, and 24-hour online engineer support. If any issues arise during operation, our engineer will assist you.
After confirming the order, our electrical department will provide a detailed factory wiring layout. Your team can follow our instructions.
As you already have CNC experience, there’s nothing to worry about regarding operation. Many new customers can operate the machine well, and we believe you’ll do even better.
If needed, our engineer can fly to your factory to help with installation at your expense.
How do you test stone machines?
We arrange machine cutting tests before delivery. Our R&D department and production manager oversee the testing process. Based on their expertise, we perform small-scale tests, such as cutting a small piece of stone or wood for nesting CNC machines. These tests ensure optimal performance without unnecessary material waste.
What is the lead time?
The lead time is 28 to 30 working days after receiving a 30% down payment.
How many years have you been making bridge saws?
Our factory has been producing CNC machines for over 12 years.
Can a waterjet work manually, like with a remote?
Yes, the waterjet comes with a remote control, allowing you to manually move the machine.
What thickness of stone can the saw cut?
Typically, the saw can cut 20–30 mm, depending on the stone type (granite, marble, quartz, or porcelain). For example, quartz can generally be cut to a maximum thickness of 20 mm in a single pass.
What is the warranty and support for this saw?
The machine warranty is two years, and it comes with free spare parts. We provide lifetime technical support before and after installation. Within the two-year warranty period, if any parts fail due to poor quality, we will replace them for free. Afterward, if you need parts, you can purchase them from us. We will ship them via DHL, TNT, or FedEx for fast service.
