Application
- Pre-milling (Optional): Trims and smoothes the panel edge to ensure a perfect bond.
- Gluing: Applies hot melt glue evenly to both the panel edge and the back of the edge band for a stronger hold.
- Pressing: A flexible pressure roller presses the edge band firmly onto the panel.
- Trimming: Cuts the edge band to length and trims excess material from the top and bottom.
- Buffing (Optional): Polishes the finished edge for a clean look.
Product Details
Manual feeding and manual control in conjunction with the motorized rollerpressure method can quickly carry out the edge banding process, and the designof each part of the workpiece is strict.
The volume of the glue pot is increased and the preheating time is shortened,which can ensure sufficient amount of sol.
The edge banding machine applies glue on both sides. Through a special structuredesign, the board and the edge banding tape can be glued at the same time toensure that the paste is more uniform and firmer.
Suction cups can firmly absorb all kinds of plates, prevent hanging and sagging.and maintain stability
