Application
- The production line is fully PLC controlled and equipped with touch screenoperation, which is convenient and accurate. The frequency conversionspeed regulation conveys the glass and can identify coated and Low-Eglass. The wind knife automatically adjusts according to the thickness ofthe glass, and the back of the 04 section is hollowed out for easy wiping ofthe back.
The plate pressing section is controlled by a servo motor roller screw, withaccurate positioning and stable pressing. lt can produce double-layer andtriple-layer insulating glass, efficiently adapt to various needs, and helpimprove production efficiency and quality.
