It can complete the grinding and polishing of the two straight edges and the upper and lower edges of the flat glass at one time. A film removal device or a safety device can be installed according to the customer’s require- ments. The width of the glass to be ground is adjusted by a ball screw and monitored by an encoder. With an advanced PLC control system, all parameters can be set on the screen, saving time and effort, and featuring a high degree of automation.
Application
Designed for deep processing of glass, the cleaning area and water systemare made of stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and has a longservice life. The floating transmission mechanism is suitable for 3-12mmglass, and the intelligent frequency conversion speed regulation is efficientand flexible. The unique drying design ensures the drying effect whilereducing energy consumption, effectively removes impurities on the glasssurface, and provides a clean substrate for processes such as insulatingglass lamination, helping to improve production efficiency and quality.
