• The dual-spindle side-hole machine supports hardware fitting processes and can perform hole drilling using either QR code scanning or laser positioning. It is a five-sided drilling and milling machine, treated with aging and tempering to ensure stability during long-term high-speed operation.
• The machine is equipped with an American Banner laser probe, allowing for 100% leak-free drilling. It features a high-power spindle and servo motors.
• The XY axes use high-precision Taiwanese racks, and the guide rails use Taiwan Hiwin or PDF standards. High-flex shielded cables and fully enclosed drag chains are employed.
• The machine bed is reinforced, and the front end adopts a unique ‘L’-shaped design, suitable for processing both long and short panels.
• This machine is suitable for drilling side holes, dowel holes, step holes, side grooves, and hardware fitting on solid wood boards, fiberboards, particle boards, and other panel workpieces.
